Studio Managers

The studio manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a portrait studio. This includes staff recruitment, setting rosters, managing and leading the studio team and liaison with the Store Manager in which the studio is located. The studio manager is responsible for the bottom line profit of the studio and reports to the local Area Manager.
